Scuba St. Lucia has a talented and friendly multinational dive team to complete your diving experience. Scuba St. Lucia's local dive leaders are true professionals who have thousands of dive hours in the marine reserve and will show you the fantastic sights on the reefs.
Scuba St. Lucia has fully qualified PADI and SSI dive Instructors in its employ, as well as PADI Divemasters, Snorkel Guides trained as Rescue Divers and a large enthusiastic support staff who are there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Paul Tanner - Manager
Paul has been working outside the UK for ten years now. During that time, he has worked as a Dive Master, PADI Instructor, Mares equipment Technician, Coltri Sub Compressor Technician and Boat Captain and has been a Dive Operation Manager for a PADI 5 star operation in both South East Asia and the Caribbean. Paul has taught over 2500 students from Open Water diver to Instructor. |

Vici Tanner - Manager
Vici is originally from England but has been living abroad for nearly 5 years (over 3 of which have been in the Caribbean). She started diving in Thailand in early 2004 and has continued to work as a Dive Master ever since. As well as working as a Dive Master, she managed a Gold Palm dive operation in the Cayman Islands and a 5-star adventure centre in Belize. After travelling and diving in many different locations, Vici is keen to pass on her underwater knowledge and experience to all dive enthusiasts. She has a passion for adventure and is eager to discover the many different activities St. Lucia has to offer. |

Bernd Rac - Manager, Technical Division
Bernd is originally from Germany and started working with Scuba St. Lucia in 1996 as an under water photographer and diving Instructor. He has received many awards for his work including some of the following.
• 1st place winner in the animal portrait category. 2000 Rodale’s Scuba Diving Pro Competition.
• 6th place in the Macro category. 1999 Unterwasser Magazine Photo Competition. |

Callistus Jackson - Training Supervisor
Callistus has been with Scuba St. Lucia for over 9 years as a PADI Instructor. During that time he has certified over 500 students and has logged over 4000 dives. He is very passionate about guest safety and always ensures that all Instructors and Dive Masters are up to date and current with all the latest training and standards.

Nathasha loves meeting people from around the world and considers this one of the many highlites her job as scuba receptionist has to offer. Anderson Callixte
Andy was born and raised in the beautiful town of Soufriere, St. Lucia. His scuba career began here too. Andy joined the SCUBA ST LUCIA team at the Anse Chastanet Resort in 2000 and worked his way up through Divemaster.
As an energetic and excellent Divemaster, Andy knew he wanted more. He also knew that he wanted to teach and share his love for all things water. Andy became a certified PADI Instructor in 2004 and his enthusiasm and passion for diving is recognized by everyone who goes in the water with him. . |

Ponti Francis
Ponti is the head equipment technician and a PADI and SSI Instructor. He has been with the Resort and with Scuba St. Lucia for the past 23 years. Ponti is one of our most popular team members and has made friends with guests from all over the world - many of them return to Anse Chastanet thanks to Ponti’s great hospitality. |

Ubaldus George
Ubaldus, or Ubal as he is known, returned to Scuba St Lucia in November 2008. He received most of his initial training at Scuba St Lucia years ago, and although he left the company for a period, he is now back as one of our Instructors. Over the years, he has developed a passion for teaching and sharing his knowledge and experience of the underwater world with beginner and certified divers alike. Ubal takes great pride in seeing that customers leave happy and are thoroughly overwhelmed with their diving experiences. On the personal side, Ubal plays guitar and is a member of one of St. Lucia’s most popular bands.

Errol Lebrun
Errol was born in Georgetown, Guyana . It was there he began his diving career as a dive miner in the wild rivers of Guyana. Errol came to Anse Chastanet in 2002 and completed his formal dive training becoming a PADI Dive Instructor. His experience at Anse Chastanet is something Errol says he will cherish for a lifetime having the opportunity to be trained by and to work with some of the best PADI Dive Instructors found anywhere. Errol very much enjoys diving with our guests with his most memorable moments being when he takes out beginners for the first time seeing them marvel at how beautiful the underwater realm really is. Errol clearly takes great pleasure in his job and looks forward to meeting many more divers as well as training more beginners in the future.

Garfield Alfred
Garfield has been working with Scuba St. Lucia as a Dive Boat Captain for almost a decade. An avid diver himself, Garfield is often found underwater, when not captaining one of our many boats, ensuring that all moorings and anchorage points for all of our vessels are secure.
Garfield has completed studies in Seamanship, Navigation and Safety and he fully understands the importance and effectiveness of boat support as well as engine maintenance. Garfield is always ‘in there’ and Scuba St. Lucia surely wouldn’t be the same without him! |

Keither Prospere
In Keither’s family sports were very important. He knew from a young age that the only way to succeed in sports was to work very hard. Growing up in the town of Soufriere, his first love seemed to have been football, but Cricket and SCUBA diving soon took over his heart.
Keither made a breakthrough in 2006 and the made the St. Lucian National Cricket team as an all round performer in addition to becoming one of our most popular Divemasters here at Scuba St. Lucia. His natural athletism and gentle demeanor make him both a great guide and a guest favourite.

Victor Antoine
Victor started his diving career in Guyana, S.A. in 1966. He also dove in different countries before returning to his homeland, St Lucia, 25 years later. Victor started working with Scuba St Lucia in 1993. He studied with Scuba School International and became an instructor in 1996. Victor is a Platinum Pro 5000 diver and holds the world record for the most dives: 20,500 dives with 6.4 years bottom time. Presently he has over 26,000 divers and has certified over 100 students. He has a passion for his job. Victor credits his diving success to three factors. time, ability and patience. After spending so much time underwater, he is known as “The Human Submarine”. |
